Seriously annoyed

Just playing some Super Turbo's on Ladbrokes. I had 3 games running and my bloody internet went down. It ws only a quickie so i shut the Ladbrokes software down and then re-started it. When it re-started only ONE of my three tables Auto-opened!!!

Arrgghhh

I had to change all my preferences in the lobby and searched furiously for my other games. Unfortunately by the time I found them I was bust out of both.

I am so annoyed by this.

one game was 4 handed and the other 5.

I am considering writing to support and asking for a refund as this was outside of my control.

Am I right?

good luck with getting a refund. I think you have no chance. Same thing happened to me a few months ago. It was only $5 but they really dug their heels in saying it was not their fault.

Why do the tables not auto open sometimes? Thats what I would like to know.

Am I right in thinking alot more people are playing on Laddies now?

yeah it seems busy. I'll be pretty p1ssed if i lost my money due to glitches in their software.

Now they have joined the micro gaming net work traffic has increased at least x4 (at last!)......
But good luck with your complaint to 'customer service' Mik!!
Have tried to seek compo for various connection problems & get the same old b/s..........'nothing to do with us,it must be your end' etc!!
